This piece is called Home and Away I was inspired to call it that because of the hobbies of the doodle recipient. On one hand they are avid fans of Aldershot Town Football Club and on the other hand they love playing the cello and watching Eastenders. I originally started using just watercolours but after discovering the world of Inks I fell in love with that medium I still love watercolours thoughI fell in love with drawing inks because of their brilliant colours but with dye based inks they are not very good if you use them for pieces displayed in the light but great for scanning etcAs I wanted something that had brilliant colours and was lightfast I wandered into the world of Acrylic inks.
